Bedouin Winter Feast

Bedouins are nomads indigenous to a number of Middle Eastern countries. This special cooking class will honour those people who brought us so many delicious, authentic recipes we know and love today.

Middle Eastern food is an expression of the eclectic diversity and passion of a vast history of peoples who revere the most ancient ceremony of feasting together.

Together we will explore the savuory flavours of aromatic spices such as sumac, za’atar and cumin along with fresh bursts of coriander, parsley, mint and lemon. There will also be tantalizing sauces and condiments to give your meal that authentic touch.

Dessert will also be an exquisite opportunity to explore seductive and unique dessert ingredients.

Middle Eastern Food

Middle Eastern food is versatile and most recipes are made with ease, as Chef Ronit will demonstrate. While some ingredients can be harder to find, we’ll let you know all the secret spots to buy everything necessary to recreate your feast at home.

We’ll explore a wide range of Middle Eastern & Arabic food, just perfect for the Winter season.


Open Table, 111 Lagoon Drive Myocum, NSW 2482 Classes are held in our fully equipped commercial Myocum kitchen. We are able to accommodate up to 10 people, which makes this a fantastic opportunity for groups of friends or colleagues.


Workshops cost $165 incl GST. This payment is *transferable but non-refundable (*must give 2 weeks notice from date of original class).
