Buddha Bowls are not only beautiful, they’re also super tasty and full of nutrition. They are a way to make eating healthy more interesting and delicious.
One of the key ways to jazz up any dish, not just Buddha Bowls, is the sauce you serve on top. This class is a lesson in Buddha Bowl crafting and how to whip up a variety of sauces and condiments to compliment them!

There’s no strict way to make a Buddha Bowl, and that’s the brilliant thing about them. Chef Ronit will share creative Buddha Bowl recipes which are uniquely and wonderfully made with healthy ingredients and satisfying flavour. Will incorporate fresh vegetables directly from our garden, warm proteins, and deliciously paired sauces or dressings!

Whether you’re on the hunt for a dinner recipe or need inspiration for a fridge clean-out, one of these recipes is sure to leave you inspired!
From Asian-inspired dishes to Mediterranean condiments, the menu will have the perfect meal prep ideas for the different seasons of the year.
