The historical connections of the region, the impact of the Mediterranean Sea on the region’s climate & economy and the wide variety of cultures in the area have led to many common elements in the food.This workshop will take your taste buds on a Mediterranean fling.
A Healthy Mediterranean diet excludes things like gluten, dairy and processed foods while loading up on vegetables and fruits and focusing on high-quality fats, nuts, seeds, eggs, fish and protein. Gluten-free whole grains (think millet, oats and quinoa) and beans are included.
For this event, we will be including eggs and fish, but no meat.
To complete the immersion into culinary heaven, the class will make a delectable sweet dessert. Each dish is a culinary journey to tantalise the senses!

Classes are held in our fully equipped commercial Myocum kitchen. We are able to accommodate up to 8-10 people, which makes this a fantastic opportunity for groups of friends or colleagues.
Workshops cost $170 GST included per class. This is transferable but non-refundable.
