An exciting day of our Special Edition Healthy Fusion Mediterranean cuisine class!
Mediterranean is the food from cultures adjacent to the Mediterranean Sea. The historical connections of the region, the impact of the Mediterranean Sea on the region’s climate & economy and the wide variety of cultures in the area have led to many common elements in the food.
This workshop will take your taste buds on a Mediterranean fling.
A Healthy Mediterranean diet excludes things like gluten, dairy and processed foods while loading up on vegetables and fruits and focusing on high-quality fats, nuts, seeds, eggs, fish and protein. Gluten-free whole grains (think millet, oats and quinoa) and legumes are included.
The dishes we will be exploring in the class will have your mouth watering and leaving you excited to cook for your family in celebration time or on weekends gatherings.
For this event, we will be including eggs and fish or chicken, but no meat.
To complete the immersion into culinary heaven, the class will make a delectable, sweet dessert. Each dish is a culinary journey to tantalise the senses!

Classes are held in our fully equipped commercial kitchen. We can accommodate up to 8-10 people, which makes this a fantastic opportunity for groups of friends or colleagues.
COST
Workshops cost $200 GST included per class. This is transferable but non-refundable.
