Corporate Cooking Classes
Open Table’s corporate cooking classes offer a recipe for ‘cooking up’ group negotiation, communication and cooperation, delegation skills, social skills and bonding over shared achievement. As a bonus, participants also gain skills for actively taking care of themselves – healthy habits and life skills.
Corporate days run on average for 2-5 hours and end with a delicious meal with everyone. Make sure to book early to secure your place in the most fun cooking class you’ll ever do.

Good nutrition is necessary for a fully functioning brain and capable mind to help create efficiency in the workplace and in everyday life.
All our cooking classes uses local produce from Open Table garden and a bounty of locally sourced produce from our talented farmers and producers who share our sustainable food philosophies. This ensures each cooking class is a celebration of flavours and local produce as well as offering you a chance to enjoy fresh seasonal ingredients.

Canapes & Tapas
A simple approach, utilising finger foods and ingredients that take a small amount of time to prepare, this style allows for a relaxed, fun and comfortable atmosphere. Perfect for parties and less formal corporate events and functions.
Teams will be required to participate in a ‘scavenger hunt’ style race to find the ingredients before embarking on the cooking extravaganza. Location and instructions will be kept in secret prior to the event – with a time limit comprising the ‘race’ element
A little more intensive, this style offers the result of a full sit-down 3 – 4 course dinner. Taking a little more time allows a richer experience where your group will learn more skills and dedicate more time to communicating, and team building opportunities.
