Asian Winter feast

Let’s bid farewell to the steamy days of summer and welcome the cold of winter with open arms! As we transition into the colder months, it’s time to cozy up with hearty, warming dishes that will nourish both body and soul.

Join me for a winter Asian feast workshop where we’ll explore the rich and comforting flavours of the season. We’ll start with warm noodle soups filled with dumplings, perfect for keeping the chill at bay. Then, we’ll move on to special rice dishes that are both flavourful and satisfying.

No winter feast would be complete without a succulent Asian-style roast chicken, perfectly cooked to juicy perfection. We’ll also prepare a variety of winter vegetables to accompany our main dishes, ensuring a well-rounded and delicious meal.

I’ll guide you through the preparation of these dishes, sharing tips and techniques along the way. You’ll leave feeling confident and inspired to recreate these dishes at home for yourself and your loved ones.

Open Table, 111 Lagoon Drive Myocum, NSW 2481  Classes are held in our fully equipped commercial Myocum kitchen. We are able to accommodate up to 8-10 people, which makes this a fantastic opportunity for groups of friends or colleagues.

COST
Workshops cost $200 GST included per class. This is transferable but non-refundable.
