This workshop will teach you the art of Asian lettuce wraps or Dumpling ! Vietnamese spring rolls to Tofu noodles, Special bamboo rice, Basil chilli garlic prawns and many kore options . We will show you staples from the Asian pantry, and how to use them, how to create scrumptious uplifting spring dishes.
This workshop encompasses specific techniques, ingredients, flavours and condiments, and you will go back home filled with confidence and knowledge, ready to prepare for yourself and loved ones comfortable and nourishing food to indulge.

Open Table, 111 Lagoon Drive Myocum, NSW 2481 Classes are held in our fully equipped commercial Myocum kitchen. We are able to accommodate up to 8-10 people, which makes this a fantastic opportunity for groups of friends or colleagues.
COST
Workshops cost $200 GST included per class. This is transferable but non-refundable.
