Indulge your senses as we delve into the rich flavors of Persian cooking, bursting with fresh herbs, sour and sweet notes, and intoxicating aromas that promise a blissful culinary experience.

Our cooking classes are a deep dive into the classic flavors and methods of Persian cuisine, carefully crafted to be easily recreated in your own kitchen.

Persia boasts a treasure trove of coveted ingredients, including pistachios, almonds, walnuts, saffron, mint, oranges, pomegranates, grapes, sour cherries, and limes.

Join us as we explore iconic dishes such as Kebab Koobideh, the tantalizingly crispy Tahdig, Fesenjan chicken pomegranate and walnut stew, Bademjan eggplant and tomato stew, Gormeh Sabzi green herb stew, and Mast-o-khiar yogurt with Persian cucumbers and crushed rose petals, with many more culinary delights to come.

This hands-on, intimate cooking experience unfolds in the heart of Open Table’s kitchen. You’ll learn the art of setting a Persian-style table and cap off the workshop by savouring the meal you’ve prepared together.

Classes are held in our fully equipped commercial Myocum kitchen. We are able to accommodate up to 8-10 people, which makes this a fantastic opportunity for groups of friends or colleagues.

Price $200 (inc.GST) is non-refundable but is transferable to other classes.
