Buddha Bowls are not only eye-catching beauties, they’re also full of nutrition and super tasty. They are a fab way to eat healthy in a more fun and interesting way.

We all know the secret to jazz up any dish, not just Buddha Bowls, is the sauce you serve. It can take a meal from fine to fabulous! This class is a lesson in Buddha Bowl crafting and how to whip up a variety of sauces and condiments to compliment them!

There’s no strict way to make a Buddha Bowl, and that’s the brilliant thing about them. Chef Ronit will share many recipes on different elements that can make up the bowl. Then guide you on how to design your own, filling it with ingredients and flavours you like.

You’ll learn how to meal prep like a pro and become a Buddha Bowler Extraordinaire! You’ll learn the proper way to prepare vegetables, how to cook each grain to obtain optimum flavour, how to create a variety of simple and unique sauces and condiments and how to assemble a beautiful Buddha Bowl.
